What is meditation?

Meditation is simply a state of mind that we delve into more often than we think so. In the daily tribulations of our lives, what meditation does is promote a feeling of relaxation and peace that acts as a safeguard in protecting ourselves from the coarse effects of stress.

Meditation is a basic form of human experience that eludes our awareness as a mental state. If we focus on meditation, we would be able to bring a more welcoming sense of peace into our lives. Meditation is universal and we are all able to experience the benefits that we can bring to ourselves. There is no limit of age or gender for meditation. Everyone can meditate simply.
